RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand not everything works out!

• You have 7 days from purchase/delivery date to notify us of your intention to return or exchange for another item! Item must be returned within 10 days of purchase to receive your STORE CREDIT!
• Jewelry, Handbags, other Accessories and Sale Items are FINAL SALE!
• Holiday specific items are ineligible for return/exchange and become Final Sale 10 days before said Holiday.
• Any items ordered and not picked up
  within 7 days will automatically be ineligible for return/exchange.

NO EXCEPTIONS!

*All items must be in original box/have original tags and be unworn. We have the right to refuse any item that we believe may have been worn/washed/tampered with.
